THE ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED (23 July 2015).
On-site registration is possible starting from 3 August, 9 am.
The registration desk accepts only cash payments. Please bring the exact sum.

Registration is complete only after the local organisers have received your payment.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes

• Programme attendance and congress materials
• Coffee break refreshments
• Right to participate in the scientific programme of the Logic Colloquium 2015 (August 3-8, Porthania Building)
• The University and City Hall Receptions (a seat at the University Reception can be guaranteed only to the 530 first ones who register online to CLMPS 2015)

NOTE: The congress lunch package and the congress dinner are optional and not included in the congress fee.

** Reduced fee applies to students (including PhD Students) and participants from countries with developing economies (ISI Listing)
*** Avec fee is meant for accompanying persons who wish only to attend the social programme (the Rector's and City Hall Receptions and the Opening Ceremony). The congress lunch package and the congress dinner are NOT included in the avec fee, but they may be purchased separately when registering online.

Methods of Payment: Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and invoice/bank transfer.

Congress dinner

The Congress Dinner will take place at Event Arena Bank on Friday, August 7. The price of the dinner is 50 € (incl. three courses and accompanying wines). For more information, see the social events page.

The Congress Dinner is organized together with Logic Colloquium 2015.

Congress lunches

The university restaurant Main Building will prepare a special on-site congress lunches for the participants of the CLMPS and Logic Colloquium 2015 congresses.

The price of the special on-site lunch package is 60,60 € (incl. 6 Buffet lunches from Monday to Saturday. Fish, meat, vegetarian and salad options are available every day).

Letter of invitation & certificates

The local organisers are pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to apply for supporting funds or visas for attending CLMPS 2015. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organisers.

In order to receive a letter of invitation
a) your abstract needs to be accepted to be presented at TSC 2015
b) if you are not presenting a paper, you need to first register online and pay the registration fee for TSC 2015.

If the condition a) or b) applies to you, please send an email to the congress secretary, Päivi Seppälä (clmps-2015@helsinki.fi) if you need a letter of invitation.

Certificates of attandance are available at the congress registration desk upon request.

Cancellations

By July 13, 2015: A full refund of congress fee and other payments (NOTE: the organizers deduct the handling costs of 30 €).

From July 14, 2015: No refunds for any type of cancellations.

All notifications of cancellation should be send to the Congress Secretary, Ms. Päivi Seppälä, clmps-2015@helsinki.fi.

Reimbursement will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.

Liabilities and insurances

The congress organisers do not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, fires, outbreak of epidemic diseases, major strikes etc.). In force majeure cases, the CLMPS 2015 local organising committee decides on the possible refunds of the congress fees.

The congress participants should take care of their own travel, injury and medical insurances before the congress trip. The local organisers do not assume any liability for damage or injuries to persons or property during the congress.
