The local organisers have arranged special price hotel and hostel accommodation for the CLMPS 2015 participants.
THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST IS A HIGHLY POPULAR TOURIST SEASON IN HELSINKI, THEREFORE IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION.
The prices are valid when accommodation is reserved using the online registration form. Most hotels and hostels are available during the period of August 2-9 (7 nights). Hotel Arthur is available for the period of August 1-10 (9 nights).

Cumulus Hakaniemi Helsinki (FULL BOOKED!)
Hotel Cumulus Hakaniemi is a cozy city hotel with easy access to the Helsinki city centre. The modern hotel includes a lobby bar, breakfast restaurant, a mini-sized gym and two saunas for customers. Advance payments and methods of payment
Hotels and hostels charge one night advance payments from the congress participants who book their accommodation using the congress online registration system.
The one night advance payment is therefore charged already when registering and booking accommodation. The local organisers transfer the advance payments directly to the hotels/hostels to secure your booking (secures also late arrivals after 18.00).
The guests pay for the rest of the nights at the hotel/hostel upon arrival/departure. Hotels and hostels accept major credit cards, bankcards, visa electron debit cards and cash.

Cancellations of accommodation bookings
By July 13, 2015: A full refund of the advance payment (NOTE: the organizers deduct the handling costs of 30 €).
From July 14, 2015: No refunds of the advance payment.
All notifications of cancellation should be send to the Congress Secretary, Ms. Päivi Seppälä, clmps-2015@helsinki.fi.
